Battery was dead on arrival and figured it needed a charge. I plug it into my camera and the charge light goes on. Hours later, still charging. I decided to try and turn the camera on anyway figuring it would have at least half a charge. The camera won't turn on. Turned out the battery was not drained but dead. I've been hearing bad things about this brand in which customers find out the batteries simply don't work no matter what they do. Buyer beware.
