iIwas excited to receive the picture frame, but when i tried it out, i was completely disappointed at the low graphic quality. You really got what you pay for. The frame itself is pooly made, too. The remote control is fine, but the ac adapter cable is poorly made. it became loose after a few times of plugging in and out. I would return it for full refund.

I bought this as a gift for my parents and was dissapointed in the picture quality. The pictures look blurry and out of focus. Unless the pictures are taken very close up you cant tell who they are. I don't recommend this product.

I ordered this frame because I did not want to spend a large amount of money. It is a fine frame and works easily, but it is not the best quality. The pictures are ok, and there is no internal memory on which to save pictures. The memory source is not included, so I had to purchase a separate memory stick (not a big deal, but I might have thought otherwise about purchasing this frame had I known). In summary, its an ok frame...you get what you pay for.

I bought this frame for my girlfriend for xmas and was greatly dissappointed, gave you everything to transfere pictues onto the frame but did not mention that there was no memory on the frame and you needed to purchase a memory card seperatly. Once I did that I found that the picture danced and skipped arround creating alot of distortion in the pictures.... overall I would not recomend anyone but this product at all...

compared to lot of others I looked at was a great value. very easy to set up. great color and good size for a desk. was a gift fo someone that well be in hospital for awhile so this can entertain with music and pictures of loved ones. Thanks

I have the 7" NuVue digital frame and love it so I thought this 3.5" would be a great gift for my boyfriend, but... I was sorely disappointed. The image quality was so bad I could barely make out the pictures.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my parents.It looks nice (good display), and has an on/off button (which some don't). My only issue with it is that the back (where all the guts are) is really deep compared to comparable frames. Also, it doesn't have a USB drive. Otherwise, it works well, and the price was pretty awesome.

Great for the price. It is exactly what we needed to give a teenager for Christmas.

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for various family members. They were very happy with the product and I was happy with the ordering and delivery time. I was disappointed, however, in the fact that it wasn't shipped as a gift so the receiver had the price on the packing slip and it wasn't wrapped.

Paid 50% of what you would in a department store, and was very surprised at the quality of this picture frame. It could use internal memory and a little better quality.

I figured I would try this product. Because, even if it did not meet my expectations, it was better than having my photos stuck in a file on my computer.I already understood it was reconditioned, so I did not have very high expectations.This is what I found.The screen is about the size of a 5x7 photo. It is best with landscape orientation photos. If a portrait orientation photo is chosen, that photo is displayed in a very small format, with a LOT of black space surrounding it.One teeny tiny pixel was stuck on "red". I thought that would not be a big deal. But, it really is aggravating.The written directions are scant.The control options on my unit may not be working optimally. Or, perhaps I am not understanding how to operate them.The weight of the transformer in the power cord often pulls the unit off the tabletop or collapses the unit backward onto the table.I gave this a rating of "fair" because I do feel I purchased exactly what was described in the advertising. If I were to purchase a digital photo frame again, I would choose one with a larger, clearer image, in NEW condition and with clearer operating instructions.I plan to keep this item. But, I plan to purchase a different one that will meet my needs better.

Good for the price. It was for a gift and it was received extremely well. I would buy it again.

purchased this item for a friend for christmas. she was really suprised and very excited about getting it set up with family pictures on it. highly recommend this item.

I bought this as a gift for my mother and she just loves it. It was very easy for her to use and the picture quality is great.

A good value since all other digital frames were much more expensive, but the pixal quality was low. It did make a great gift when you put a bunch of fun photos on the scan disk and then give it to the person.

I bought 2 of these picture frames to give as Christmas gifts. They didn't work! How embarrassing! I am going to return them.

I brought this digital picture frame as a Christmas gift for my sisters. Needless to say that they loved it. It was by far... the best frame that I found for price and size. My one sister and I loaded pictures up on Christmas day with ease. The pictures were clear and sharp. It was also very easy to use... so you don't need to be a computer wiz to use it. I might just buy one for myself in the next few weeks.

It was smaller than I thought. The frame is the size of a 5x7 and the screen the size of a 3x5 photo. It was cheap and, you get what you paid for.

I was so pleased with my purchases of two digtal frames. The images are so clear just as if it was on paper. They were gifts to my mother and mother-in-law for Christmas. I would highly recommend this item to any one.
