  We liked the size and look of the viewer and the fact that it's portable but also comes with the little kickstand. We were all set to use it so downloaded the software that came with it onto our computer and we could not get it to work. We followed the instructions step by step, but when you hit the button to load the pics onto the viewer nothing happened. We confirmed that our pics were the right format and our computer had the right system requirements. We even tried a different computer in and still no luck. We are returning it for a refund.

  This was a gift to my son and he loved it! No problems and easy to use! He really liked that he could clip it onto things such as his back pack. He's seven. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

  It's a pretty decent photo frame. I've never used one before so I don't have much to compare to. It was pretty easy to copy pictures to using a flash drive. i did have to crop/adjust some pictures on my computer to fit once I saw how they were viewing. The resolution seems ok but I wish it were better. I bought it for my parents, who needed one which you could just flick the on/off button and not have to do anything else once set up. Overall I'm happy with the product.
