bought these as gifts for bridesmaids then got them for the groomsmen also after I found out how easy they are to work. I am going to order more for christmas and 1 for myself and husband to be. I would highly recommend this keychain. I'm not very good with computers and it only took me about 5 min to get the pictures on them.

3 of the 4 keychains worked fine. 1 of them had a messed up screen (blurry around the edges). Since Overstock.com has a 20-day return policy on electronics, I wasn't able to return it, since I bought it as a Christmas gift and it was too late.

I thought maybe it was me, but my 20 year old son who is a whiz at this stuff, can't get his to work either.
I purchased this in the 4 pack, for Christmas gifts and no one has been able to get theirs to work....very disappointing.
I called the keychain customer service phone number a few days after Christmas and they were still closed.
I'm going to give it one more try, hopefully we will be able to get them to work....they look so cute.
