I found this product to be difficult to set up. Finally, I called the company and they said that it seemed to be a dysfunctional battery. I sent the key chain back to them and haven't heard from them since. I was very disappointed.
Keychain does not work unless it's plugged into a computer, which kind of defeats the purpose. No matter how long I charged it, the device won't turn on. Save your money
I bought this product for my brother-in-law who recently became a grandfather to a boy and a girl. He absolutely loves the digital keychain! He said that he had no problem installing it and uploading the pics, and he is extremely pleased with it. This is an excellent buy!
