I bought two of these as Christmas gifts and neither one would charge, which of course means that it didn't work unless plugged in. I contacted the company, MerchSource - they did have a customer service number -- and the customer service rep admitted that they have been having problems with this item.Thank goodness Overstock stands by their guarantee. I sent both back!

I bought this set and I was not very impressed with it once I got it. I would not recommend that you actually put it on your key chain because even a little bit of pressure will mess it up. I don't recommend this at all.
bought these as gifts for bridesmaids then got them for the groomsmen also after I found out how easy they are to work. I am going to order more for christmas and 1 for myself and husband to be. I would highly recommend this keychain. I'm not very good with computers and it only took me about 5 min to get the pictures on them.

3 of the 4 keychains worked fine. 1 of them had a messed up screen (blurry around the edges). Since Overstock.com has a 20-day return policy on electronics, I wasn't able to return it, since I bought it as a Christmas gift and it was too late.
