I bought two of these as Christmas gifts and neither one would charge, which of course means that it didn't work unless plugged in. I contacted the company, MerchSource - they did have a customer service number -- and the customer service rep admitted that they have been having problems with this item.Thank goodness Overstock stands by their guarantee. I sent both back!

I bought this set and I was not very impressed with it once I got it. I would not recommend that you actually put it on your key chain because even a little bit of pressure will mess it up. I don't recommend this at all.

bought these as gifts for bridesmaids then got them for the groomsmen also after I found out how easy they are to work. I am going to order more for christmas and 1 for myself and husband to be. I would highly recommend this keychain. I'm not very good with computers and it only took me about 5 min to get the pictures on them.

3 of the 4 keychains worked fine. 1 of them had a messed up screen (blurry around the edges). Since Overstock.com has a 20-day return policy on electronics, I wasn't able to return it, since I bought it as a Christmas gift and it was too late.

I thought maybe it was me, but my 20 year old son who is a whiz at this stuff, can't get his to work either. I purchased this in the 4 pack, for Christmas gifts and no one has been able to get theirs to work....very disappointing. I called the keychain customer service phone number a few days after Christmas and they were still closed. I'm going to give it one more try, hopefully we will be able to get them to work....they look so cute.

For some reason I was expecting something a little nicer. These keychains look junky. The screen seems to scuff easily so it's really going to be something you will want to hang somewhere and leave it alone. 2 of the 4 I purchased didn't work when unplugged from the computer. After researching this problem I found that it's a common one with this digital keychain. Do a quick look around the net before purchasing, you will see for yourself how many have had this problem. It's really amazing to me that this even gets as good a rating as it does on this site. The program is pretty basic and easy to use, though extremely limited in what it does. I figured in getting the 4-pack that I could easily put the same package of pictures on each of them but I was wrong, I had to manually search and upload them for each one. And though another common problem was getting the software to work, I followed the instructions and had no trouble at all. For the price of this thing though...it just seems like it should be in a crackerjack box or something. I will say that Overstocks customer service was extremely reasonable in resolving my problem with this order and it does give me faith in them towards continued purchases with them. A+ to Overstock, F- to this junky gadget.

I pre-loaded photos onto the keychains for my older sister and my mother-in-law for Christmas. They both just love the ability to easily carry around photos of their grand kids. Loading the photos was easy for me, but I knew that they would be frustrated with the process. You do have to let the keychain charge for at least 3 hours before loading photos. I wish the product had come in a box rather than molded plastic. I wasn't able to re-package it in original packaging for gift-giving after loading photos. Photo quality is quite decent. I thought the screen might be too small for old eyes, but it really isn't that bad. Photos cannot have too many people in them because the device has to crop the photo into a square. Photos do not need to be centered as you can move the cropping tool up, down or sideways to get the best crop. All in all, I thought it was a pretty great gift for the price!

I purchased a box of 4 keychains 1 for myself and 3 others as gifts. It took me about 5 minutes to install the software and down load my pictures. Everyone that got them as gifts were very excited about them. It is very user frendly and well worth the money.

Excellent value for money - gave out as Xmas presents and everyone loved them. Easy to use - picture quality is very clear and it holds a lot of photos. You have to charge it before use - we did ours overnight but apart from that you download your photos wherever they are stored - very easy. Highly recommended.

We got these as a last minute Christmas gift to have on hand if needed. Needless to say they are all gone and they were a big hit. Last night my husband and I were even speaking about ordering another set. This is a great gift for anyone.

Can't beat this for the price! The pictures were clear, and directions were easy to follow. The only drawback is that there is no case for the frame, so I was worried about them getting scratched. I made cases for each person who received these as gifts, and they were definitely the biggest hit at the family Christmas!

After reading the manual that comes with it, and following ALL the instructions, as well as what it says not to do (very important), I was able to connect, transfer photos, and then enjoy them. It is wonderful! I was able to clean my wallet of photos, and place them in the digital key chain, and still have them all, as well as ease of showing them to relatives, etc. Definitely a great purchase.

HI, the combo package of Digital Key chains was a great hit with the kids for Christmas. It is a great way to carry numerous photos. My boys are in the Marines and it is a great way for them to keep family and girlfriend photos close by!

I really like this keychain. I bought 4 and gave as Christmas gift. Everyone loved it. Specially my mother in law. It is easy to transfer the pictures; it is fun to do it. I am very pleased that I chose this product.

I purchased these as gifts for people. I downloaded pictures on them and sent them to family that was out of town. I had a little problen downloading the software since it was on a small disk and my computer does not accept them. I thought they were a lot of fun and great for the price although they were a little slow turning on.

The keychains come in big ugly plastic cases, similar to the ones if you've seen this type of product at a drugstore. Others I ordered came in nice fabric boxes, which were easier to wrap and looked much more classy for gift giving. Image quality is poor, but all similar keychains I've seen are also bad quality, it is more of a novelty item.

I purchased these key chains as gifts for my children and 1 for myself. They are easy to load and wonderful to have. It is so special to have family pictures on such a convenient device. Would definitely tell friends about this product.

I purchased key rings as Christmas gifts and all were pleased with the gift. I charged each (about 7 hrs) and put a few pictures on each one appropriate to that person. The younger ones were pleased to see pictures already on there and did not have to wait to charge it first.
