It didn't work. I sent it back. Period. However, it was the easiest return, at least, that I ever made.

I purchased this computer for my main home machine. I run Debian GNU/Linux, and it is very fast and reliable. My only complaint, a minor one, is there is some fan noise - not too bad if you set the box on the floor. I've owned Dells before; always reliable.

This gaming computer received great reviews, and so I took a chance on it for my children. My son specifically told me not to purchase windows 8. This came with windows 7. A gaming computer is so much more powerful than a regular computer. It has increased memory, performance, speed, and advanced video and audio cards. I would not just recommend this computer for gaming, but also for use as a desktop computer. There is nothing that you can't do on here that you can't do on a regular desk top - PLUS SO MUCH MORE - than a desktop. Cyberpower is a popular name in gaming computers, while one may not recognize as they would HP, Dell, etc. The bottom line is that I was very pleased with this purchase, and if I could not buy a MAC, I would buy this gaming computer, as opposed to any other desktop.

Keyboard was cracked. Still works. Looks like you guys threw in a cheapo keyboard in case the customer did not already have one. I will probably go buy a new keyboard but just wanted to let you know it was cracked with a three-inch wide hole above the Esc to the F3 buttons. Thanks

I was looking for a computer for home use to replace my old out of date desk top. This re-furbished Dell is just what I needed. It is quick, comes with Windows 7 and is much smaller than my old one. The keyboard is not of great quality, the 'Back' key is too small. Overall, I think I got a great deal on a real quality product.

Set up was very easy and quick. Small footprint makes this desktop PC a big hit. I'm a happy camper!!!

I was a little surprised at the physiical design as the previous "desktop computers actually fit under the desk on their side but this on is designed to sit on top of the desk because of the way the DVD/CD drive and USB ports are located. It's not a problem but unexpected.

I wanted to purchase a replacement desktop PC for my wife's use but did not want to get one with Windows 8. This is an impossible task in the 'big box' stores because all new PCs come with Windows 8. I won't get into the issue of ver. 8 versus ver. 7, but if you have tried both, you realize what the issues are. Overstock.com came to the rescue with a number of quality options and I chose this particular model of an HP desktop for its value and combination of features (processor and memory). I added an internal wireless card (much less expensive than a USB device) and now the PC is in place and working very well. Thanks Overstock.com!

Dell OptiPlex 320 1.8GHz 2GB 750GB Win 7 Desktop Computer (Refurbished) is what I ordered. But got the Dell OptiPlex 330 1.8GHz 2GB 750GB Win 7 Desktop Computer (Refurbished). This machine is fast. My old machine is a Dell Dimension 83003.2 3GB 350GB Win XP MCE 2002 SP2 Mini Tower. I have been using this machine now for about a month. I find it somewhat hard to get around Win 7. Going to help a lot. Once I look something up I find it easy to remember. All my external hardware I have (DVD Re-writer, USB Wireless adapter) is loading quite easily. Except my printer had to go find the Win 7 drivers but now works great. Was able to load my MS Office 2003 Pro. Impressed at how fast IE 11 opens. Count 1000 1 1000 and it opens, Chrome is 1000 and it's open ready to use. IE 8 on my other machine opens in 1000 1 1000 2 1000 3 1000 Yes I would recomend this to a friend.

This was the first time I had purchased a refurbished computer. A friend had told me that he did so every two years or so to stay up with technology and a price far below retail for a new desktop computer. The computer arrived on the date predicted. It appeared new. There were no blemishes. Everything was properly wrapped and a sheet is enclosed detailing the functions that were tested and found to be operating. A new keyboard and mouse come with the computer. I followed the directions and wrote down the refurbished key number so that I could register the Windows 7 software. That went through just fine. I hired a tech to transfer files, photographs and the like from the old computer to the new one. He asked the price I paid and when I told him said, that is why I don't sell computers. When you can buy one this good for this price, who can compete with that? I have been very pleased. No problems and the speed is so much better than what I had been experiencing. Video clips now run smoothly and he sound is in sync with the images.

Has excellent speed, capability and versatility, The only negative would be the lack of a port for a photo memory card.

This is the 6th refurbished computer that we have purchased in the last 8 years, (of which we still have 5), and the first from Overstock. Joy Systems is the actual refurbisher. There is nothing to fear about purchasing a refurbished computer if one has done their homework, and if the refurbisher has done their job properly. In fact, refurbished computers offer a great value, as long as they are not too old. These days, great prices can be found for dual core CPU equipped computers, which provide the horsepower needed to properly exploit Win7. The computer arrived on time, and very well packed. The condition of the case is excellent. This is important because this is the wife's new computer, replacing her likewise refurbished HP dc7600. Remember, though, that there is some luck of the draw with respect to the condition of the case in purchasing a refurbished computer. Even more important, the computer was exactly as described in the Overstock listing, particularly with respect to the COA, which truly is Win7 Professional 64 bit. This was essential for her, as the Microsoft Win XP emulator can only be installed in Win 7 Professional 32 or 64 bit versions. The computer is shipped with a Restore disc, as well as a new generic keyboard and a new generic mouse. I did not test these, as we use trackballs and have other preferred illuminated keyboards. Internally, the computer had obviously been cleaned, and still contained the spare HP screws needed for mounting extra drives or other peripherals. The drive was a relatively ancient 2008 1 TB, which I had planned to replace with a newer drive anyway. Just for fun, I started the computer with the original drive, and was surprised to see that I was required to enter the COA. My other refurbished computers had not required this, but the COA sticker is on top of the case, so it is no big deal. The supplemental customization of this computer proceeded without any difficulty. I had earlier ordered 16gb of new RAM, a new wireless n card, and salvaged her video card and sound card from the Win7 dc7600. This tower case has 3 PCI slots, a PCI express x1 slot, and a functionally equivalent PCI express x16 slot. Prospective purchasers of refurbished computers are advised to carefully study the model number and its variants before ordering. This is particularly important with HP computers, since all form factors have the same base number. By far, my favorite computers for customizing are HP, both for their versatility as well as ease of servicing, (unlike Dell). All in all, this is a very fine computer, and Overstock's listing was completely accurate. At the time of ordering, Overstock's price was the lowest for a refurbished HP computer of this quality and relatively recent vintage. The wife now has the best desktop in the fleet, with blazingly fast page loads thanks to the 16gb of RAM. As for me, not only do I have a happy wife, but I also inherited her old dc7600 to turn into a dual boot Win7 and XP legacy computer. That ancient 1TB drive is going into the dc7600 to store music, photos, and video in a backup capacity.

Being the item was refurbished, it did not have all the bells and whistles we are accustom to. The "personalization" selections were none, as a matter of fact, what is on the computer, leads me to believe it may have been an Asian computer. It took forever to have it accept all the "updates". There is nothing wrong with the computer, it is me, I will purchase new next time.
With so many portable computing devices, it can be easy to forget the advantages of truly powerful electronics like desktop computers.
