Very Great looking Design
VERIFIED PURCHASEIt came fast in the mail 3 days. Looks good can be used mainly for web-surfing. However, this desktop computer is not compatible with Microsoft. Can be used as a computer in the living room to monitor what children are doing. Easy to assemble. Just can't use it for work I need Microsoft software to do my job.

A nice surprise
VERIFIED PURCHASELightning hit a tree next to my home, and destroyed the internal power components of both my TV and laptop even though neither was on at the time. This Desktop has now been upgraded to Windows 10 and all of the ports, and the large monitor that I got to go with it make using it like I remember in the good old days

Dell Optiplex 960
VERIFIED PURCHASEI purchased several of the Optiplex 960 desktop computer to use in a work environment. Each of the computers booted up fine the first time. As always, I then took a look in the Control Panel to make sure that all drivers were installed and working correctly - no problems. I then joined each computer to the domain and registered the software. Finally, I installed MS Office on each computer along with other necessary software such as Java. Not a problem; each computer works as it should, great refurbished product.
