The arm works fine, but the part were it attaches to the screen is a notch that has a rotating ball type hinge. Because the hinge is a ball, it can't be adjusted, so the screen tilts slightly downward at all times and the only way to compensate is to tilt it up more to make up for the sag. For the price, I'd probably still buy this, but it's annoying. The screen also shifts pretty easily, kind of like a picture hanging by a wire across the back. It's not static, so if you try to move the screen over out of the way it shifts like a picture on the wall and you have to balance it again. Again annoying, but for the price not so awful that I'm returning it.

Setup took less than ten minutes. It is sturdy, stable, and no wobbling or making me worry. This item is so perfect. I can now move my monitor back and forth, up and down, side to side .. without problems, without taking up desk space, and the quality of the construction is -MARVELLOUS-. I am REALLY happy with it. (It has been in place now for 3 weeks and in use everyday).

This product is solid and sturdy. The ajustments take a bit to get used to if you are using more than onemonitor but will set up in about any configuration. Careful with the toggles for the vertical adjustments as they are plastic and may strip if over tourqued Very happy with the 3 I ordered for my 22in flat LEDs . they look great and my desktop has room again.
