physics probably dictates this can't work
I should have thought about this before ordering....so maybe you will: A coffee (or tea) mug is ceramic in most cases, and therefore insulating. The warming element on this product simply could never be hot enough to pass through and/or heat the ceramic, and therefore can't possibly keep any liquids inside warm. Physics simply dictates that this can't/won't work--and it didn't.
