Does not work on iphone
I should of looked at the reviews before I made this purchased. The product simple did not work for the iPhone. Since it came in two parts I thought I can still use the cable for syncing to the iPhone but it still gave a message 'not compatible with this device'. I tried using my own sync cable with the charger and it still doesn't work. Finally I called customer service and had them take care of the return shipping for this defective item.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The iPhone kept displaying the charger was not compatible with this device.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The item simple does not work.

Did not work
This product did not work on the iPhone or the iPad. The charger base is not the correct voltage and is not supported by Apple. The cable works fine, but you will have to connect it to comething else to charge your device.

Stopped working immediately
I bought this because my last car charger was missing. It worked for the first day and then suddenly stopped working. I tried it in different outlets in the car and it still didn't work. Gave it to my husband to try and it didn't work in his car either. Guess you get what you pay for.

For looks, price and functionality you can't beat this car iPhone charger ! I can't imagine a car charger to be any better for iPod, iPhone or iPad. A real winning purchase.

Does not work with Apple phones!
this item does not work with my phone. I have an Apple iPhone 3 and every time I plug this in to it the phone will say that it does not support the charger.

Terrible
This is a terrible product!!! When charging the phone the part plugged into the cig. lighter is so hot that it leaves a blister! And i'm worried about my children touching it. I'm also afraid it's going to catch fire. I refuse to use it now. It was a waste of my money!!!
