The computer was received with the card reader cover floating around inside the case which was easy to fix. Starting up the computer failed because the hard drive had been formatted improperly. Thankfully, they included system software, Vista Home. Reformatting the hard drive and installing Windows and supplied software was time consuming but went smoothly. Once all this was done the computer performed beautifully. I bought this for my wife to use but it made my son, a graphics major, very jealous.It is a very nice computer and I kind of wish I bought one for myself.Thank You
Great speed, nice fast performance. The card reader does not work or works sporadically at best. That really bugged me and I don't have time to box it and ship it back. Pretty good value for a fast computer if you don't care about that though.
