Dell ST2010 20-inch 720p Wide-Screen LCD Monitor (Refurbished)

The first thing that I was not completely happy about was the packing. The terminal was loosely place in a box 3 times the size of the terminal and with only a thin screen cover for scratch protection. The terminal was supported by a single shaped piece of cardboard but the terminal freely moved inside the box. The stand was just tossed in the box with no support or protection whatsoever. Fortunately it sustained no apparent damage which based on the way it was packed, was a miracle. We bought the product based on cost as we knew a refurbished unit would cost less, but we did expect the unit to come as pictured which was all black. The unit came with a white base and white edging around the screen. Although it does not look bad, it was not what we thought we bought.

I could not be happier with the wide-screen monitor we received. The price was great and the wide-screen is wonderful.
