Great deal on a Dell running Windows XP. It was extremely easy to install and operate. We use it as a computer for our kids, with secondary function for evening work. Everything has worked very well, and I would absolutely repeat this purchase.

Recieved this quickly. Hooked up easily. No sound at all. Tried two different sets of speakers( that didn't come with it.). Checked to make sure settings were correct and nothing set to mute. Called the tech support # the tower came with. They were very nice and patient. Wen't through every step Tech told me to do. Still no audio. They gave me a case # and they are sending ups to my home to pick up computer at their expense. They will fix it and send it back to me. I will write back when they return it.This is a hassle. But, At least their taking care of it. Tech Support is not through Overstock. Overstock gives you tech support from whoever refurbished computer.Other then no sound , It was super fast. I wish I would have bought a new tower a couple of years ago.

This computer really shipped fast and it was easy for me to put it together once i received it. this is my second "refurbished" item i've brought from here and both are wonderful.

Wonderful for an extra computer in the house to let the children play games on so I won't have to let them on mine.

We use this as a workstation that primarily just accesses the internet. It's fast, easy and works great.

Pros: cheap computer that worked out of the box and the fact that it has a Windows XP Pro CD included with it.Cons: CD drive wouldn't open. Computer powered up at 1:00am every night automatically because of a BIOS setting. Keyboard and mouse were not Dell branded items but do work.if you need a good cheap computer and you don't have a boat load of money, this isn't a bad computer, however, if i wasn't a computer tech with 20+ year experience the nagging problems would have been hard to deal with for the average user.

shipped fast , easy to set up, but would not run for unknown reason, got sound but no graphics, no 1-800 number to call for tech help, returned item, will not buy refurb again, also no manual to help, very dissapointed
