I purchased this system for elderly friends that had a 10 year old Compaq. Living 10 hours away, I wasn't available to install. It took a few hours but they were able to get all of their needs on the new system. The only problem they had was getting the disk drive to open. After picking it up and accidentally dropping it, maybe 3 inches off the floor, the door opened and they could continue.It has worked great for their limited use... email and games. I would have no problem purchasing another.
