The PC is excelent for home use
As an IT person myself, I feel this PC worth more than it cost -- it provide everything you ever need at home for PC usage, with enough CPU speed, RAM and hard disk. This is a best deal you can find now.

Dell Optiplex 740
I purchased a total of 3 of these refurbished computers, each with a 1-year warranty. 2 were packaged well and received in good working order. The 3rd was imporperly packed, with the narrow dimension placed inside foam edging allowing it to fall out of the protective foam. On opening the package, I found the unprotected computer (fallen from inside the foam) had a broken faceplate. I also noted 2 of the 4 rubber feet were missing (not in the box). I notified Overstock without attempting to power up the computer, and was assured a replacement would be sent promptly. This replacement was promptly received, well-packaged, and in good working order, and all 3 working computers have been successfully deployed. I am very satisfied with the way Overstock handled this situation and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Good quality
I was wary about buying a Refurbished computer, but I needed my children to stop touching mine, so I set this up across from mine for them to use and they love it. Never had a problem, keyboard and mouse that came with it were great too.

Very good deal for price!!!!!
Ordered this computer to replace 10-12 old computer that crashed. With the desk top I was able to re-run all wires and make office look a lot neater. Very pleased!!!

Great for a refurbished computer
Wow! A refurbished computer for this price and only $2.95 for shipping. You can't go wrong! It has everything we need to add another station to our home office. Gave it 4 *s because it is not big enough to accomodate the graphics card we wanted to put in. Otherwise, it works great so far.

This really inexpensive PC exceeded my expectation
I highly recomend this product. I was concered about buying a "refurb", but my reservations have been set aside after having used this PC daily for over a month.
