refrubished computer
I had difficulties in getting a working computer when I ordered. I had three before the fourth that worked. Yes, they were refurbished. But the problems were software and the factory where the computer was refurbished forgot to program the second and three one, well. BUT, I have to say Overstock.com did not leave me in a lurch. The staff at customer service worked with me to gain one that was suitable. Yes it was frustrating to receive a nonworking computer but again, I will continue to shop at Overstock.com because they stood behind me and also worked to deserve a reputation of excellence. I am very pleased with the computer and impress by the quality and attention that the customer care service gave me, and the quality of the product which is suitable for me.
