Computer not up to snuff
I really liked this computer, it was easy to use with a comfortable keyboard. I didn't realize until I bought this item, that Dell no longer makes this model and the one I purchased was 3 years old. It wasn't as fast as the Gateway it was replacing. For the money though, it was a good computer for everyday use. The main problem was the graphics card (I think) which was either bad or loose. The computer would freeze up, then go black screen and recover with an error message. This would happen a couple times a day and then sometimes, it would not be able to recover and totally shutdown. I went ahead a sent it back, you pay return postage, but the return was problem free. I researched more and decided to buy through the Dell Outlet, a new Vostro 3460 which will be warrantied and more up to date.
