no theprogram it came with was windows xpand we cant getit to work we might have to send it back no it came with windows xp and cant get it to work

The laptop is great.No problems,but the warranty that I paid for hasn't come yet.

I have been a Dell product user for years and found that even though the laptop I purchased is refurbished, it is as good as a new one. I found the description of the laptop to be very good and the price to be unbeatable after searching other places. I bought a Dell 630 in December to replace an older laptop that was outdated and with a small hard drive space. My latest purchase was for my wife and she really loves it. She is new with computer use and finds it very easy to use.

$$$US...what a great buy it does everything a new one would and the dependability of a DELL if you need a inexpensive laptop this one is it...it's not gold in color it is silver in the light and gold in the shade too cool mine came with 1GB ram and cdrw/dvd rom

I was hesitant to purchase a used laptop. After reading other customer reviews, and also having had positive experiences with Overstock before, I decided to purchase this item. I am pleased. Great value and decent computer.

pleased with my purchase of my Dell Latitude D180 power cord had no battery life is why i marked down 4 stars i had to purchase a power cord 2 days after usage not happy with that overall a very good buy overstock delivered when they said and my labtop was an overall steal for the price thank you looking foward to doing more business..............

This item arrived fast. It was obvious that it was a refurbished unit because it did have a couple cosmetic issues. We bought this item for my husband who just left for deployment in Afghanistan and he has told me that it has worked wonderfully!

I was skeptical at first about spending this amt. on a refurbished model,but now that its here i absolutely would recommened it to anyone looking for a good everyday laptop. Use it everyday and the processor is fast and has not failed me yet.this is the way to go for someone like me who just wants to surf and be able to download what i want. i ordered the driver to be able to watch videos and now i am 120% happy.:)

This was purchased for my son for his birthday. He can't stop telling me how nice the computer is and that it was like new. Now I get daily emails from him and I've even got lots of pictures of my grandsons.Thank you "Overstock" for being there when I needed you. You are the Best.

The computer it self is great. The only problem I had with it is the power cord has a short in it. I'll have to see about getting a new one
