NOT FACTORY REFURBISHED!
Laptop was covered in brown smokers grime. HEAVILY used condition. Processor fan was clogged with dead bugs. Unit also BSOD on boot. Also be prepared to wait a long time for the item to even ship from the vendor. First laptop got lost before it could be shipped, second laptop sat waiting to be picked up by UPS for 3 days. Replacement laptop took 5 days to ship. If you really want one of these laptops, be willing to wait a long time and possibly make several returns before you get one in decent shape. Not overstock's fault, laptops are shipped from third party vendor.

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? NO. Unit BSOD on boot and smelled like an ash tray.
