I ordered this laptop over the weekend and I had it in my hands by mid day on Wednesday!! Extremely fast shipment! The laptop was very well packaged and protected. As with most refurbs, the outer shell has a few very minor scratches on the outer shell but the screen looks great and still had the protective film on it, the laptop is certainly worth what I paid for!The operating system was very easy to activate and best of all, the laptop was NOT preloaded with junk software and this I am extremely appreciative!!!
