Received the Latitude D620 yesterday in excellent condition. I actually have a hard time believing that the laptop is refurbished as there is not a scratch on it. This is the same as the previous model I had at work, so I was familiar with its capabilities, which is why I went with this one. Can't go wrong with Core 2 Duo (albeit an older model), 2GB RAM, and 100GB HD (advertised as 80, but mine came with 100 for some reason). I have all of my applications installed on here and will use it for Photoshop, Email, browsing the web, and watching sports while on the road - and possibly some games if I'm stuck in a hotel room with nothing to do. My only complaint would be the power supply that was included. It works, but it makes kindof a screeching noise.. which can't be good. Thankfully I have a couple of extra power supplies that are compatible with this model and I can just toss the bad one.

I use this model laptop for work and it works great. Saw it on Overstock and bought one to use at home. Great price. I got pretty tired of my old desktop and needed something to check my emails and go online, etc. I will be downloading a DVD driver as it doesn't play DVDs...yet!! Came right away and in good condition. I was able to go through the initial setup without a problem. Got my Outlook sorted and was able to connect to my home WiFi immediately. The only issue was the mouse pad was a little dirty. Nothing a damp rag didn't take care of. Other than that, I am very satisfied.

I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbised computer, but I figured for the low price (half of the cheapest new one) I would take a shot. This is a great starter laptop. I got it for my mother who is 68 and she loves it. She has had it for almost a year now and has had no problems at all.

everything was great for the first month but now exactly 2 months after i purchased it the battery does not hold a charge. I bought this for my wife and now I have to buy a new battery.. not cool

I ordered the computer for my grandson with an expectation that it would be almost new. When it arrived, it was password locked and couldn't be used. My daughter called Dell (the maker) who told her that the computer had be made in 2006! Five years old! I immediately called Overstock and was treated very positively, given a way to return the computer without charge and a new one was sent - which is just fine. I was a little surprised at Overstock. I have always had such good luck with products that I have bought there. I have been led to believe that "refurbished" meant only used for a very short time and then returned and factory restored. I do hope that this was just a fluke.

Great entry level laptop. It is factory refurbished but in great condition. Easy to setup and works just out of the box.

Great for a refurbished laptop. I have now bought several and use them with children. They can take a lot of wear and tear.

The laptop I received is a D630 which had a sticker for Vista on it put has XP loaded over Vista which is fine with me but there was no disk to reload XP if there is a problem, like my first D620 came with and I could not get my imaging software to work on it, but it came with a 2GHz processor and 4G or ram installed. It works well and I am happy with it but would like to have the security of a backup disk.

This laptop would have been fine for the price, but the first one had two issues (hard drive and joystick) and the replacement wouldn't even boot up, so both had to be returned.

The laptop is in very good condition, and the only complaint I have is that you advertised that it came with 2Gb of memory, but in fact it only came with 1Gb, (512Mb in the slot under the keyboard, and 512Mb in the slot under the laptop).

Good: The price went up from OverStock.com on the same model and specs right after I purchase my. I guess I got lucky. The laptop pre-installed with a Windows XP Pro and a refurbish COA on the back of the laptop. laptop itself works fine and comestically in excellent condition. It took about 5 days for it to delivery. Bad: The battery is bad and won't hold charge for more than few minutes even it indicated full in Windows. OverStock did send a replacement after I contacted them Overall: Very good exprience with OverStock.com and the laptop is very good unless if you plan to play resource intensive games. After all, this is a business line laptop.

This is an older computer and I'm rating it as an older computer, not as a current one that will support Windows 7 and the latest software. Considering it's age I'm giving it 5 stars because it works better than I expected and the condition is better than I expected, and I expected it to be pretty decent. I'm only guessing but I think this laptop is a 'business class' computer, not the lower quality home use laptops we normally get cheap from the big box stores. One of the reasons I got his is because it has the XP operating system which seems to me to run much better than any of the newer versions of windows. I have had no problems at all, no blue screens, no problems booting, nada. When they say refurbished, it really is. I can't find a mark on it. If overstock sold it as new I wouldn't be able to argue with them, it is in that good a condition. As you can tell I'm very happy with this purchase. With the low cost and good performance of this model I see no reason to spend the extra money for the latest version of Windows headache. To tell the truth, if I was going to spend more money I'd just move up to a MacBook. I've gotten a few things from Overstock and I've never had a problem, delivery has been fine, and total cost very low. I would never hesitate to buy again from Overstock and I highly recommend this particular laptop.

The Dell Latitude D620 1.8Ghz Dual Core 2GB80GB Laptop (Refurbished) I received worked perfectly from the first time I tried it. I was very happy with the price and performance.

The Laptop is everything I thought it would be. I needed a D620 for compatibility with other D620s that we have. Certainly a low cost solution to a big problem.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son. My son loves to game. This laptop has a graphics card that has allowed my son to play most of his games. He hasn't been off of it since Christmas. Excellent deal for the money!

Great value for the money. Good performance. One drawback - defective battery. Was replaced by overstock.com in timely fashion.
