I understand that I purchased a "refurbished" laptop, but I would expect that everything should work on it. After opening the laptop it would not start unless plugged in. After 3 hours of charging, battery wouldn't hold more than a 6% charge. Touchpad did not work. Most keys on the keyboard had stickers that were crooked and some were already peeling off the keys. I had to plug in a mouse to try to navigate through re-loading Windows 7 (which was supposed to be on computer). After numerous error messages about loading Windows I found out that the version of Windows 7 I was supplied with was not "genuine" and therefore no updates could be performed. Needless to say the laptop needs additional refurbishing and I am returning it along with the "fake" version of Windows 7 that was supplied. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS LAPTOP.
