I was very skeptical about getting a refurbished laptop for such a reasonable price, but I am so glad I did. I am pleased that it has 4 usb ports. It came with a charger and power cord, but there was no manual. The only evidence that it was refurbished was some slight wear on the "mouse" button in the middle of the keyboard and on the power button. Otherwise, I could've paid hundreds more for the same computer brand new. It plays games well due to the video card, I only had to download power dvd to get my movies to play correctly. Anyone looking for a versatile and reliable laptop, this is for you!

Overall, this is a great laptop for the price. The battery does not charge on this one, so I can only use it plugged in. They advertise that it stays charged for 6 hrs.

Packed laptop arrived faster then advertised. Installation of software was fast and easy. So easy a cave man could do it!

I had used this model with my previous employer. When I needed one of my own, I went to Overstock to get the best price. The unit arrived promptly, worked as advertised and I am very happy with it. I would definitely use Overstock in the future.

Great buy! Works like a charm. Tops other refurbished computers that I've purchased in the past. Decent battery life (approx 2.5-3 hrs). No problems whatsoever. Set up was easy and it has built in W-Fi although this was no specified in the details.

Arrived quicker than estimated. Everything works well except the battery life is only about 2 hours. I did have to download a program to play dvds. Overall, works great. Was a little nervous buying it, but glad I did. I read all reviews before I purchased. Good purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered this on a Sunday afternoon, used the regular 2.00 or whatever it is shipping, and it was here by Tuesday afternoon! In fact, the machine beat the Overstock shipping confirmation email! I live in Virginia. Now about the machine; for the money, you cannot do any better. Very minimal surface wear on the unit indicates pre-use. When it arrives, Don't expect anything but a cardboard box with the computer and the power cord in it. That's it. However, the computer is fast, and easy to set up. The software is already loaded into it. All you have to do is turn it on. The Overstock add says two usb ports, mine has four. I am 100% satisfied. One thing worth noting, it comes with a 60 day Word 2007 trial, but Word 2007 is not being sold anymore. What I did was remove the Word Program, and go to the Microsoft Website offer to get a 60 day free trial of Word 2010. In other "words" there really is not a word processing application on the machine. But in OverStock's defense, the ad for the product does not say there is a word processing application on the machine. You can use the word 2007 trial that comes with it 24 times, and then you'll have to go get the 60 day 2010 trial, or shop around for a word processing application. Overall, A++++++++

Just got my computer and the unit look brand new; power up and verything is operating just fine. If this is a refurbished unit it does not show any signs of use.

This product is a great deal for the price. So far, I can't fault the functionality. The laptop came to me clean and complete, and was very easy to get up and running. Even with my dial-up connection, the speed far exceeds my old desktop computer. I'm very pleased.

I purchased this Dell Latitude d610 because I needed a laptop for travel. I had used this brand previously and thought that it would be a good buy. That "good buy? turned out to be an understatement. The unit looks brand new and it worked right out of the box. It came with 1024mb of memory. I added another 1024mb of memory. Now my Latitude d610 runs as fast as my friend?s laptop that cost three times as much. My entire Overstock experience has been fabulous!! I would give them six stars if I could. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I was pleasantly surprised, this laptop works very well. It had a few extra goodies that were not mentioned. What was listed was there, the addition was built in WiFi. The shipping was spot on, arrived here in St Pete Fla. a few days earlier. Again Thank you

I bought this laptop for my 17 year old. It was a little difficult to get the pass word issue taken care of, but other than that, there have been no complaints. It even had the XP program that we wanted. Delivery was great also.
