I was looking for a laptop for my son and after seeing how expensive most of the laptops out there are, a friend recommended that I check overstock. I am so glad I did. I got a great laptop for less than half of what I would have spent on something not nearly as nice. it looks fantastic and works perfectly. its the perfect first laptop and my son couldn't be happier. Ive actually used it myself and it's faster than my old pc at home. i'm doing this review from it right now!! if you're looking for a great laptop at an even better price, look no further!! great job overtstock.

We paid for expedited shipping and it still took over a week to arrive - even though the tracking showed the item to be in the city 3 days before it was delivered. That was the low point of the experience.Also, the wireless drivers required updating before the wireless feature would work, so be sure you have access to another computer or wired connection before counting on the wireless.The computer runs fine otherwise and looks as good as new. It is nothing fancy, but it seems sturdy and a good value for the price.

I liked the delivery speed and condition ofroduct. Thiis was refurbished and it appears (so far) tpo be running quite well. I would have preferred far better set-up instructions (a sketchy one-pager) and I did not receive any booklets or users guides -- which forced me to go back to Delll, and surf their vast website to get a downloaded copy of same. It would have been much nicer to have received a hard copy of that data on delivery or at least a direct link to the users guide on my new desktop. I found help on the distributer's/refurbisher's website (and an 800 number to call) round the clock and that was as good or better than Dell's where one can wait forever for a direct connection.

I have been using the laptop for a few weeks now and I haven't encountered any problems. All I had to do was install windows XP (provided with the refurbished laptop) and since then all has been running smoothly. The wireless works fine, I didn't have to tweak anything in that regard. I also installed windows office and mathematica and didn't encounter any difficulties. The only issue is that I don't think the software comes with a DVD decoder or at least I have had trouble running movie DVDs on the laptop. But that could just be that I have the wrong settings.

I am really happy with this lap top. I was a little afraid it might be too small, but it is just right. Easy to take with me but large enough for easy use. It responds quickly and is in great shape. I think it is a great value for the price.The shipping was speedy and it arrived well packed and in great condition. I love it and the flexibility it provides.

I love this laptop and the fact that I didn't spend tons of money to get it. I have a large desktop that I use for the business and wanted a laptop for my personal use - mostly for emailing, shopping, and gaming. This little beauty fit the bill. It wasn't in perfect condition as it was refurbished but for me even better because I don't have to fret over getting a scratch on it. It runs great and it's the perfect size for sitting on the couch, watching TV and "playing". I took it outside and used it a solid two hours and didn't lose any power so I was pleased with the battery power. Overall, a good deal found at Overstock again!

I LIKE THE COMPUTER AS A WHOLE. BUT THE ONE I RECEIVED I LOVE BUT IT BLACKS OUT ON ONE SIDE OF THE SCREEN.ONE SIDE WAS BLACK THE OTHER SIDE SHOWED THE COMPUTER SCREEN CORRECTLY.HAVE BEEN WAITING TO SEE IF ANOTHER LIKE IT CAME IN.WOULD RECOMMEND IF IT WORKED CORRECTLY.IF OVERSTOCK WOULD FIX IT I WOULD RECOMMEND IT.BOUGHT THIS IN AUGUST AND OVER STOCK HAVE NOT GOTTEN ONE IN LIKE IT SINCE.LOVE THE BLUE TOOTH ON IT. For this money, this is a great deal. The WiFi settings were a bit messed up and prevented me from using the wireless internet. But once I figured out the proper settings, it works like a champ.

The laptop came quicker than expected and looks brand new. The software was supplied and easy to load. The laptop works great and we haven't had any trouble with it at all.

This laptop was a birthday gift for my husband. He is very happy with it and uses it every day. I was very pleased with my Dell Latitude D610 refurbished laptop purchased from Overstock.Com. Its Windows XP Pro operating system came in a very pristine condition. That is, it did not have a lot of freeware cluttering up the operating system. All its hardware devices were in good working condition. All the correct device drivers had been installed.

I received my Dell Latitude yesterday. I was very happy with the cost and amount of time of the shipping. I ordered it July 30th and received it August 4th. It is in great condition. There appears to be no wear or tear on it. Once I got it out of the box the instructions were easy to understand and I was using it within 10 minutes. It has everything I wanted and needed for a personal laptop. The wireless was also easy to figure out and I was connected to the internet within only a few minutes. The only problem I have with this laptop is the battery. I haven't been using it a lot since I have gotten it but I have already had to charge it which I was a little bit dissapointed about. It gives me about two hours of use before I have to start charging it. Overall this laptop is good for I would say just about anyone. It's easy to use and the perfect size. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted a laptop that didn't want to spend all the money on a brand new one. Thanks Overstock!

The Dell Latitude D610 works just as if it was brand new. I was excited to see the restore disk for XP Pro in the package. I have had no problems with this computer.

The Dell Computer is a good computer to use in both the home and the office which is what I purchased it for. There is ease in the downloads and in the use of this product in general.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter's birthday. She loves it, it has all of the features that she needs for school and play. The WiFi is great on trips. An excellent computer for the money.

The computer was received a day before expected. It required a signature which was a problem since I wasn't home at the time. The computer runs very nice. No issues. Slightly worn where your palms sit on the computer but not bad.
