I think the price was very reasonably & fair. The performance is very good. bought it as a gift for my son & he loves it. The lab top is just great &I am very pleased with as is my son.

The laptop may be a good item for someone who really isn't going to use many features. The operating system is 2 versions ago (not windows 7 or vista) and would be difficult to support. There isn't any software or documentation with the product as it is about 6 years old. Many new products may have difficulty running on the machine and I need an internal cd/rom. which was a surprise to find inside the box taped to the laptop. For *** more I can purchase a new laptop with current, supported operating system, internal cd/rom and able to utilize new software products. For a first time user or someone not looking for more modern features/functions. This is a good price.

• Did the image onsite match the product? yes, but the surprises were in the box
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? don't know. I wasn't taking a chance on using it.
• How is the quality of the product? clean like bones in a museum

when i ordered this laptop, i wasn't sure of buying it b/c it was refurbished. when it arrived i was very shock about it. it was awesome; it works perfect. i have no complaints about it. the price was great. i only spent $187.00 for it. i got a great deal. the interrnet works perfect, and the battery holds a good charge, but it's an awesome laptop and i recommend it to others. its great!

I bought this laptop because I couldn't afford to purchase a new one and needed something for school. I have to say, overall, I am very pleased with it. The only problem I had was that the battery did not hold a charge, but I was reimbursed a portion of what I paid for it so that I could purchase a new battery. Other than that, I couldn't ask for anything more. It runs well, I haven't had any other issues with it besides the battery.

I bought this computer for my son for school. Really liked that it came with an external drive. It works great and he really likes it. Only problem was he could not watch movies on the DVD drive. He had to purchase a special program to be able to play movies.

The computer worked for one full day before it would no longer power up. It's being returned. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter, so i have to deal with her disappointment on top of the difficulty in returning the computer to Overstock.

This is a nice little notebook, very portable. The only problem with the one I got is that the battery is already going bad. It only holds a charge for about a half hour, so I will have to buy a battery very soon. I think that it is still a pretty good buy though.

I purchased this laptop for my granddaughter entering high school and I am greatly pleased with my purchase. Its compact and easy to transport, the external DVD is great too. Movies are great and the sound in playing CDs is awesome. I am ordering another one for the smaller grandchilden to watch movies while we travel as well as use their computer programs.

The unit purchased was more than expected. My wife loves it and that is all that matters. The wireless internet hookup was extremely efficient.
