I have found no real problems with either unit bought as hoped to be, the idea of buying in pairs alike so could be very portable as we travel alot.I wanted to replace my desktop unit and decided 2 laptops would be best way to go and have been excited about the speed of this unit since getting them.They travel very well as light weight and connect everyplace I go with laptop.I would recomend the unit to anyone wanting a good Dell laptop.

The computer had several issues right out the box. The WiFi card and driver had major issued causing problems with functionability. I call the manufacturer and thank goodness it was still under warranty. It took 3 days for them to assess the issue and still could not figure out the problem. They initially sent me a USB to wipe the operating system; that didn't work. DELL then opted to have me send in the machine to their techs. It was free of charge. I sent it in and got it back a week later. The WiFi was fixed and apparently everything was working well then the OS crashed. The unfortunate thing was that i purchased Norton 360 Anti Virus and I sued all 3 downloads in a weeks time. I had to call them to get an additional download due to the circumstances. However, Overstock did not give me any issues and took the computer back immediately. Because my situation was extenuating they waived the policy and refunded my money because I was out the computer for two weeks due to the issues and repairs. I was pleased with that! You gotta give credit where credit is due. A bad situation turned out ok in the end.

this products description is extremely deceiving. In the product specifications it appears as though your "one" order will come with two laptops, because the product specifications repeats itself. Also, in the product review section, someone had wrote a review about how they decided to get get rid of there desktop computer and decided to purchase these "2" laptops. From reading the product specifications and the product reviews and also seeing the very low price, I proceeded in purchasing the item. After completing the purchase I thought to myself this has to be one of those "to good to be true" deals, so I personally called overstock.com's customer care center and the customer care representative that I spoke with was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding. Even though I feel that I was deceived into purchasing this laptop i will still be doing business with overstock.com! There customer care reps alone are reason enough for me to continue to shop with overstock! I'll end with this, Customer care rep. Keri at extension 9835, you should be commended by your superiors in some great fashion on your extremely kind, knowledgable, and overly helpful attitude with me, the customer, I'm sure if you acted the way youdid with me than you act the same way with every other customer that comes to you! Purchased this as a refurbished laptop for only $XXX. The casing is only plastic and feels kind of cheap and the webcam is average but for what I payed I am very happy. I only use it for searching the web and web chatting with family members. I plan on using at as a word processor for school as well. No complaints. Very happy.

I was really leery at first. I only had a limited amount of money to get a computer that was decent. This computer is better than I expeceted! Everyone who I have shown it to cannot believe what a great deal I got. It is light weight, fast processor, and the battery charge lasts a long time. It isn't the newest thing or super fancy, but it is perfect for me!

I love the product that I recently purchased everything is the same as in the advertisement, the only thing I was a little disappointed in was the Windows 7 that was already installed in the laptop did not work so I had to install Vista..I don't really care for Vista but it wouldn't reinstall Window's 7 so I had no other choice, but in any case I'm very satisfied with my purchase and yes I have already recommend this to my friends.
