How can I get my money back? The first week it arrived: It went out of order. Time and time again, please remember to stay away from refurbished products. They aren't really good quality, this was a disaster!!!! ( A $$$$ disaster )
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? It was the same item as the image, but just stopped working.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Noooooooooooo, the laptop stopped working.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality was terrible! This was supposed to be a gift and I instead ws completely embarassed. The laptop had problems picking up internet.

I was delighted to find this particular laptop, especially with Windows 7 loaded (don't need Windows 8), at a really competitive price.

I got this to watch Internet tv and hold pictures and videos and some light Internet use. It's worked great and impressed my techy son and the appearance made my wife think I spent a thousand.
