I have now purchased 4 computers from Overstock for two of my offices. This unit replaced an older desktop. It came exactly as advertised. It runs perfectly and is a fraction of the cost of new computers. I can not say enough good things about the way Overstock does business. I understand that occasionally a bad unit slips through, but I have always heard great things about Customer Service taking care of any problem. Overstock breaks all the rules by providing quality products at prices that cannot be beat while still giving first class service!

I had an old computer that bit the dust, so I went looking for something that would suit the needs of my kid. It didn't need to be fancy or the fastest; just functional and inexpensive. This has turned out to be a great buy and just exactly what I was looking for. It probably won't be the greatest for high end gaming but for for e-mail, internet, facebook and some instructional software, it works like a champ. Plus, its small so it doesn't take up a lot of room. The keyboard that comes with it is cheap but, for this price, who cares. For the money, this is a terrific machine. Also, it was delivered as promised by Overstock.

This is a great PC in a small package. Only measures 11 inches high x 10 inched long and 4 inches wide, truely a space saver. All plug ins are USB's and I was disappointed that I could not use my old keyboard, which was not USB. It did come with a very flat standard keyboard. Other than this, I am very satisfied with the Pc and its preformance.

I ordered (2) of these to replace my old aging pc's at my retail store. They arrived promptly & in excellent condition. In fact, they appear to be brand new. They are super fast & I will be ordering a 3rd unit very soon. Great product from Overstock!!!

This computer was shipped in a timely fashion. It is above my expectations. Had it runnnig 5 minustes after I recieved it.

This is the SECOND refurbished PC I have bought from Overstock. Both have been clean and excellent units, Very happy with this company.

It is just what I expected. Good price, fast and does what I want. All I wanted was a machine to access the internet and do basic day to day tasks. The only thing I would ask for more was an antivirus protection.

It works well for what I need it for, mainly business applications. I was surprised to find that watching DVD's is not possible without additional software. The keyboard was not usable, nor was the mouse, so be prepared to replace those items. Do no expect to run even moderately new games on this machine. The video card is not up to the challenge. For $*** I am not disappointed with the purchase. I needed something quickly to keep my business running. It took two days for the item to be shipped from the warehouse. Not as fast as most online companies I have dealt with. On the positive side, it comes with XP pro. Because of this I was able to use my existing software without upgrading. The computer itself looks to be in excellent condition with no signs of wear. It boots up quickly and is fairly quiet.

Excellent product and price, Increased the memory to 2 G Ram, replaced the hard disk, and you get an excellent computer with excellent performance. Bought 3. Highly recommend it!

this machine is perfect. with it very small form factor, it can fit anywhere. I ordered 5 of these, don't ask me what for, but it really is one of the best machines i ever had. Shipping was blazing fast ( 2 days.. wow)

I am happy to say that the packaging and shipping time on this item was great. I did not realize though how small the computer was. I thought I was buying a full tower pc. Ok, so it's small, I can live with that. It also is very fast compared to the old one it replaced. I have not had any problems with it, although while playing a game or something on it, that it is loud; like it is gearing up to take off. I don't know if it's the processor or the fan. I would not have bought it had I known the size of it, but again it's ok and depending on what someone used it for, I would recommend it. Thank You!

Installed yesterday and am really pleased. Exchanged for my really old and slow Dell. The exchange of cables went really well (no problems) and I am an amateur. The desktop is really fast connecting to the internet and then bringing up websites. Delivery was fast. Ordered on Fri. - delivered on Weds. Another good purchase from Overstock...

Wow, I am very happy with this computor purchase. I used the chat feature to talk to a real overstock agent who gave me as much time as I needed to feel confident in my purchase. I looked at every computor Overstock sells that met my needs. then this feature of posted comments helped. Im happy with my purchase. I DID NOT NEED TO BUY ANY OTHER NEW EQUIPMENT. And that was big. Easy to set up and I was back on line internet within two hours. and thats because im slow and read everything. I have bought TV's, Cammera's, now a computor with overstock the can expect my buisness in the furture. I would buy this computor again. The keyboard and mouse that came with the unit are suitable to give your kid or student. My old PC died a hard, sudden death and I needed a replacement quick. I could have spent days agonizing over all of the choices that were available but I needed something and I needed it fast. I found this when I looked on Overstock and the price caught my eye. The performance specs sold me. Its a small-form so there isn't much room for expansion but I didn't need a second monitor. You can get a DVI splitter to do that if you need to. Its very fast and the hard drive is sufficient since I had an external to store all my data, already. I'm happy with the purchase and I will be shopping on Overstock in the future.

We were leary on purchasing a refurbished computer but it has turned out to be an excellent machine. It was ordered on a Sunday and received on the next Wednesday. Everything is perfect.

Excellant size. Operating system is the outdated, excellant, MS XP professional, speaker is contained within the unit.

This computer was purchased as a stopgap after my regular computer's hard drive crashed. It is functional but by no means a great computer. It will be fine in the interim. I only needed the computer itself and did not need a keyboard or mouse, and that's a good thing. Both are cheaply made, and the keyboard arrived broken with a crack down the middle and the "d" missing.

Delivery was very timely, the set up time was a breeze, and the Dell works fantastic. The whole process was good . I have a faster & better computor for a great price. Can't beat it!!!
