  • Doesn't play cd's

    Everything about the computer has been great...minus one thing. The DVD RW drive does not play cd's. I didn't want to deal with returning the product because other than that, it works fine and I don't find that I need to play cd's very often, other than to install software. I have an external DVD drive which does play cd's so I just used that. It would have been nice if everything worked as it was supposed to but I guess you get what you pay for an in this case it wasn't a deal breaker for me.
