The computer is nice but when it came the video did not work and I had to reinstall Windows XP (with the CD that came with it, that took an hour) as Windows XP did not work either. I got another video card which Overstock credited me. The info said maximum ram is 4 gigs but it can only accept 2 gigs. For graphics which is what I do you really need 3-4 gigs of ram to run Illustrator CS and programs like that, lucky that the graphics program Arts & Letters that I use day in and day at work, works with 1 gig easily. I like the design of this Dell computer especially the front air fan which sucks air in thru front and cools the computer, I installed a rear fan (cost $4.00) to help exhaust and keep the computer cooler. I could have just returned the computer for another but was in a hurry so did not bother. The same refurbished computer here in Chicago at Micro Center sells for about $75 more not counting additional tax of about $27.00 so this was a good deal for what I needed.

I just needed to replace my modem and this model had all of the features that my old one had. It was a great price and works perfectly.

It was not fully clear that the item would not be fully operational. After I had a technician install all required drivers, operation was smooth and satishing.
