I was very pleased with the quality of the laptop. This was Preinstalled with Windows 7. Connected to my home wireless network in 2 minutes. This was purchased for a new user of Laptops twho didn't want to spend so much money.

If i had only knew that refurnished means used, would of have help me alot... But to my sense i thought it meant restored not nesesary overwelm used... Lol Perhaps next time ill check the store around before i give away my money ... But for now i would never by used or restored electronics ever again ... I learn a baluble lesson.... Hahahaha
