The Aero was disappointing. I've had it a year now and it hasn't grown on me or anything like that. What I disliked about it early on I still dislike. Camera is disappointing, I thought that alone would make it worth $100, it does not outperform other cells I've had with lower pixel or resolution rates. The video more often than not comes out choppy and pixilated. If you keep completely still while filming it's okay but not great. And sometimes the light sensitivity adjustments lead to lens lock-up! Using the intrnt with it is the biggest drawback, just frustrating in too many ways to say... cannot install basic, basic apps and that trips up every thing else. The only good thing is that I have not been locked into cellphone contract for over a year now! So there is the one positive I'll give it. BTW, if you're considering going pay-per-minutes, think more along the lines of $.** per minute vs. $.** despite what is advertised. Alot of phantom calls or 'other' fees and my $** refills don't come close to 250 minutes of air time bottom line... = ATT. EDIT: One last positive serioulsy... this Dell Aero is a tough little SOB! I have tossed it off the wall 4 times now and it still functions. So if you're like me and sometimes have a tech fit, consider that... it now makes me think for $100 this may be a decent back up if you have $*** to spare... I don't unfortunately.

Im not an expert with electronics but I think that the phone is ok for the price. When i received it it looked great. I put my t-mobile sim in, and it worked fine until i tried to get into the internet, i kept getting an error stating i didn't have data service which it is completely wrong since i have unlimited data plan, anyways in order for me to get data service i have to have my wifi on all the time. Like i said before, i'm not an expert and there may be something i can do but i don' t know how. Other than that the phone is ok.

I got this for my niece as a Christmas present and the parts that actually worked didn't work well. It's super slow and tales forever to download anything. The keyboard is very temperamental as well and barely works. Can't send text messages. I'm glad for Overstock's understanding in accepting this return but I'm extremely annoyed that the my niece was so disappointed with this phone. Buy at your own risk!
A short trial run with a sim card & it works as it should so far. A lot of nice features, WIFI works great. It is a gift so we will see how it performs when it is put in full use. So far so good. The only drawback so far is the AC charger doesn't seem to work, I'll have to look into that when I have time. USB charges fine.
