I am so happy with my dell . This is the best way to go I didn't have to buy the extra that were not needed.

plugged it in. It worked exactly as expected. fast and easy to add users. nothing unexpected. keep in mind you will need to buy software if you want to do much more than surf the net.

I feel the same as another reviewer I thought it would come with Word and excel also Plus The hard drive was disconected And no Instructions came along with it. Other then that it runs good

The computer came packaged very safe. In brand new condition. Pluged everything in the tower and got to work with it. Came with a few programs, the necessary ones for me, so no complains there. If you need a tower, get it from Overstock. The quality and savings are great.

I have purchased a few reburbished pc's. This one works for me. It does seem to be a little slow but I have 5 laptops and I just use this for my desktop at work. Some of my programs that I needed to put on this, it would not accept. I would not recommend if you were using this for a college student and needs a lot of speed

The transaction was easy. The product is better than I expected.

This was an excellent buy for the money. Even though it only has 512 memory, it still operates at a very good speed. I would recommend this machine for anything except for heavy duty graphis.

the product in fact did NOT have a dvd burner. even though the description said it did. It also had no software, no security, and the keyboard is not the greatest. I couldn't get one for any cheaper anywhere else, and after i installed my own software it works well.

everything works great. I got the ownership transferred to me from Dell by sending them a digital picture of the bar codes on the computer and box. I got a 2 month trial of Microsoft office spreadsheet & word. Later I will try to get all the programs I paid for from my old computrer transferred to this one. It takes a learning curve but is definitely worth it. I really wanted windows XP and this was the way to get it.

I bought 5 of those computers so far and all of them had bad k-board, I call support and they sent me 3 microsoft k-board that works, now I have to call again for the last 2 pc I bought for new k-board.

GREAT Deal! GREAT Value! You need your own basic software, i.e. Word, Excell, etc. but other then that it's perfect.

Well the first two that were sent to me didn't work. The price is unbeatable for a good office pc, but the description is not correct it dose not burn dvd-r's. But it was easy to set up, runs all office programs and internet programs with ease, and can play some games execpt for the most demanding ones.

Great computer for the money ! Does not come with office software but it has an excellent operating system ( windows xp pro ) that in my opinion is much better and stable than vista. Very fast processor ( actually it comes with a 2.8ghz processor not the 2.6 ( this is a misprint). Very sturdy and commercial type computer.

I had lost acess to my hard drive but had everything else and didn't want to buy the whole computer setup again so my son helped me find the best deal; for the money I love it! It was very easy to install and I had it up and running in no time. Thank You Overstock.com!

This Is A Great PC For All Users Any Age Its fast And Works Good With Any Programs. Downloads Are Fast All You Should Do Is Just Install A Firewall And Everything Should Be Great.

Have to leave on standby because I get error message(in save mode, active with pc) on start up. Keyboard or mouse doesn't active it. Have to disconnect & reconnect video cable. Otherwise great!

Excellent equipment, easy to set up. This was purchased for my college bound daughter, and did require additonal softwares. She has had no problems with installations or hardware functions.
