Exactly as described, fits my 13" MacBook Pro perfectly. It rubs together just a bit when I open the laptop all the way, but it doesn't affect the fit at all. The material is sturdy and the rubber coating prevents it from slipping or sliding like the hard plastic cases. I saw the same thing at Best Buy for $49.99, and this is less than 1/2 that cost! I'm very happy with this purchase.
