This refurbished player was like new in the box, and extremely simple to set up--no more than 10 minutes and I was watching a DVD. This simple player is perfect for my needs, no bells and whistles just solid DVD player.
I am using the unit and it works great. The unit was refubished, but that didn't seem to matter at all.
Brought for my 2 y/o grandson to watch his DVD's. Mom said it works wonderfully.
I bought this as a gift for my niece. It's very simple to use. She learned it right away for being a six year old. The sound system is pretty good. She loves watching her Barbie movie collections. The picture is perfect for her. The only complaint was she wanted a white one, and there wasn't one, but that's about the only thing she doesn't like. The battery life is okay, she can sit through many trips on the road with her dad. So, I am pleased or should I say, she is pleased.
