I have had this item for 4 months and it stopped working. There is no support info on the website for help with an error code and surprise, surprise, the warranty is ONLY valid for 3 months from date of purchase. When looking for a replacement, I read some reviews on another site that had similar problems. Don't waste your money, (original DLO wasn't bought on Overstock.com) I am just here to buy a replacement item. Other than that, for the 3 months I had it, I loved it and it worked well.
