The product seems well engineered, but the execution on the hardware elements isn't there. The box arrived with two screws missing, as well as another key piece of hardware to support the adjustable top frame. Only three oft he castering wheels could be installed, and none of those were easy. The fourth simply will not thread into the nut provided.
At the manufacturer's web site, you must first review the product, whiich I am doing here, before you can register it as an owner. That's too bad for them, because I would have skipped this step of writing a bad review until after I had offered them a chance to provide some product support. I am curious what will happen next.
