These phones are terrible. After two months of use the volume of the person hearing on the side was non-existent, well actually it sounded like a little, tiny, tiny mouse talking and the same went for the answering machine. What a rip-off!!!
This phone sounds great, but the company that made it is MIA. You can not get it to function properly. One handset did not work and another went out after a few days. Don't waste your time and money.
The audio on this phone goes in and out. It always sounds muffled. Even when you turn up the volume, it's difficult to hear. Callers on the other end can only heart parts of what is said though this phone. I do not like this phone at all and I would NOT recommend it.
I was pleased with the phone at first . By the end of the first week we began having trouble dialing. By the second week it became nearly impossible to dial any number with any of the handsets. There seems to be a severe lack of electronic connectivity in the buttons on the keypad. The phone still rings and works fairly well sound wise but now the talk button is not connecting properly which makes the phone completely useless.
