First off, hats off to OverStock.Com for top notch customer service and a great support staff. The first phone had a defect and they replaced it P*D*Q with a new one. The 540 performance is a reflection of the WIFI system it is working off. It doesn't work well with my DLink WIFI router, but works FABULOUS at WIFI HotSpot and selected work sites. Battery life falls way short. Setup is a mild pain in the butt, but once it is set up, it is simple to use. My complaint is with DLink support (7 phone calls to get to Level 3 support) who never came up with any helpful answers.
