One of my best buy's I have made. Work great and the software is easy to install works right the first time.

Fired right up, a big 1200 VA of power. Only problem is it said it supported serial port to talk to the monitor software, and even included a serial cable. I was out of USB ports, and had a spare serial. Spent 30 min trying to get the serial to work. Would not connect to the monitor software. Called help line and they said serial not supported. So 1. Why did they include a serial cable? 2. Why doesn't the doc say "serial not supported"? Otherwise, great. Love the $2 shipping too! Vic

Battery had enough power were I could use it right away, was easy to install, software is easy to use and when the power failed the PC shut down automatically (I turned the circuit breaker off to see how will it would work).
