The sound and the mic work perfectly, however, there's no control options on the headset. I have to use the control system in my pc to adjust the volume and mute/unmute. I bought to this headset to use with my IP Phone system from work on the days that I work from home. I

I have no trouble with this product. It is easy to use and works both ways. (You can have the mic on the left or right.)

You can buy better than this for the same money or less. It doesnt have a volume or on/off switch which is a necessity. I wouldnt repeat this purchase.

Also it didnt have the standard volume and on/off switch that you expect in something at this price range online. I could have bought a much nicer one for only a dollar or two more.

Being on SSA, and operating each month on a budget as most people do, I had to find an inexpensive headset. I bought two of these. Both work just fine and look like the picture shown on Overstock.com. This is a great deal for anyone on a budget. The only drawback I have is that the headsets hurt both my ears when I wear them for very long at a time. They may stretch over a period of time though. I haven't had them long enough yet to tell. I just know the extenders don't help this problem.
