I just got mine today and couldn't wait to try it out. I run Windows Vista, and all I had to do was plug it in (even has symbols on the cords that match which hole they go in--idiot-proof!), click once on the window that popped up, and it was ready to go!I'd been wanting a microphone for a few years now but never really wanted it enough to buy one. I started playing World of Warcraft earlier this year because my boyfriend got me into it, and he was always talking on voice chat on there and I felt left out enough by it to go ahead and get one (I was often the only one without a mic). I'm glad I waited! I'd seen some at stores before but none that really impressed me and were usually expensive, and because it was pretty spur of the moment I checked here on Overstock to see what they had, saw this one, read the reviews and decided to give it a shot.The sound quality is absolutely amazing, even better than my phones! So far even when not using the mic I'll often have them on because the sound quality from the headphones is way better than any speakers or headphones I'd used before.I'm absolutely in love with this product, and the only way I think it could be better is if there was a way to turn the mic off or adjust its volume on the actual product, rather than needing to do so on the computer--but it's still wonderful even without that feature. I love how comfortably the headphones are and how they're adjustable, with lots of padding on the ear pieces (as often as I'm on the computer and will be using them, that's a huge plus!). Also the microphone itself is bendable and adjustable, which is awesome; really helps when I need to move it away for just a few minutes or something but don't want to take the headphones off. I also like that I can only plug in the mic, or the headphones, instead of having to plug both in for it to work when only needing one--nice feature for someone who doesn't have wireless internet and often has to fight with the cords I have already!Overall, this product is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend it to ANYONE, whether they're needing a headset for casual, occasional, frequent, or even professional use!

I ordered this headset on a sunday evening and it arrived on tuesday afternoon. Surprised me that it arrived so quickly. It was packaged in a bubble envelope but was in perfect condition. Plugged it in to my pc and worked like a charm. Has adjustable head strap. It has a very clear sound, and the mic pics up excellent. I would say this is one of the best deals I've found in a long time. It's plain with no frills but that's exactly what i was looking for in a headset. Thanks Overstock!!!

I bought this headset to replace the one that came with Rosetta Stone. We have been using the new headset for about three weeks and it is holding up and working fine. I wouldn't call this headset high end, but it is getting the job done.

This unit works well. It did arrive damaged, the box was crushed and there was not enough packing material inside to protect it. the plastic was cracked, more difficult to return that to use as is. The padding onthe ears is very thin, so they could be a bit more comfy, BUT for the price, I am happy with this unit. The mic records clearly, and they register as Dolby with the Realtek software.

This headset/microphone combo is well worth the cost. The headset is comfortable, not too much pressure on the ears and not too little. Sound quality from both the earphones and the microphone is very good. Shippment was fast and the the headset arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this headset.

I bought these for myself and my grandfather so that we could talk over Skype. Our previous conversations were marred by terrible feedback. All problems were eliminated with these headphones. We can hear each other very clearly and its much more pleasurable to talk. I wouldn't recommend these for people who are going to wear them for very long stretches (in excess of 2 hours) as I don't think they would be comfortable for that period of time. Other than that they are perfect for our need and pocketbook!

I would say that I looked on many sites for a reasonally priced pc headphone with microphone, but, Alas..I didn't. I ALWAYS shop at The Big O 1st and I found just what I needed. Excellent sound..light weight and comfortable...And did I say priced right?? Would recommend any and everything I ever purchased from The Big O...member for many years.

They were what I expected, not top brand but a good value. We needed something that had 2 earpieces and a mic to be used for online classroom participation. I think it was a very good deal.

Using this on my laptop to talk via IM for work - seems to be working well so far. People on the other side say my voice is coming across loud and clear and their voices are coming in clear as well. Microphone boom is adjustable and reversible. Affordably priced too. But ...the headset is rather uncomfortable especially after wearing it for more then 15-20 minutes at a time. So if you don't intend on wearing it for prolonged periods of time or don't mind taking it on an off when not in use (using it only occasionally throughout the day), this seems to be decent headset.

I'm really pleased with the sound quality for such an inexpensive headset. It fits my smaller head snugly and it expands well enough to fit my husband's larger skull comfortably. It's very lightweight but feels solidy built. Overall, it's an great value and I'd recommend it to anyone.

The headset I received very quickly. The sound is great, and it was easy to install. The only complaint is that they aren't super comfortable. I only use them for Skype, so it isn't a big deal to me.

Very pleased with these headphones. Can not beat for the price. The only thing I found is that one of the ear covers will not stay on. Hard to put back. However it does not cause any problem and functions just as well without it. The volume works well for the size. I wear them for quite a while at a time and found no discomfort in doing so. I would buy them again. Functions just as well as the higher priced ones for much less money.

My only complaint is that it kinda hurts my ears after a while, but that's more because of my glasses slipping around

These work great for the price. I use them on skype and we both have good sound quality. They fit right on the ear as opposed to around the ear, but I don't find that to be a problem.

Bought it for skype calls... have not used it extensively but considering its price so far it has met all my expectations regarding design, overall performance and delivery time.

Headset is too small and has poor sound quality. If you want a better quality sound you need to spend a lot more money.

Works great, comfortable, and best of all was inexpensive. Color coded plugs make installation easy, just plug and play.

this headset has excellent quality, its really easy to install, nice sound and the price is unbeatable. i'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good product for 'voice over the internet'.

This Cyber Headset is a great product for your money. Clear, lightweight and great noise reduction. I use it for my Skype calls and the clarity is fantastic. A definate must for those who use VOIP!

Got the headsets in just a couple days .. was amazed at the quality and the sound is crisp and clear.Would be nice to have a volume wheel on the cord but otherwise this is a fantastic headset. I bought 2 and they are both wonderful. My son is a gamer and he loves the headset. Thank You Overstock!
