headset This product came to us defective. It was not in a box and has no papers for return. It was very disappointing to give this as a gift and learn that it does not work. Now I will be purchasing a new pair somewhere else. No money saved here. Would of been cheaper to just buy a pair in the stores.

Great product Installation was a snap in XP, microphone volume and quality excellent. Audio through the speakers could be better, but it's adequate. Overall, a great product at a great price.

Nice Headset, but doesn't last I purchased 60 of these for a call center and handed out 40 of them. Within two weeks 8 had already broken. The wrapping around the wires are not thick enough and wires have started to become exposed. The headsets are clearly not designed for daily use.
