Installation was a snap in XP, microphone volume and quality excellent. Audio through the speakers could be better, but it's adequate. Overall, a great product at a great price.
I purchased 60 of these for a call center and handed out 40 of them. Within two weeks 8 had already broken. The wrapping around the wires are not thick enough and wires have started to become exposed. The headsets are clearly not designed for daily use.
