I ordered a couple of these to start a few months ago and ordered 10 more now. They are great, especially for the price. They block out most of the noise and the sound is very clear on both ends. Very durable as well.

Installation was a snap in XP, microphone volume and quality excellent. Audio through the speakers could be better, but it's adequate. Overall, a great product at a great price.

I purchased 60 of these for a call center and handed out 40 of them. Within two weeks 8 had already broken. The wrapping around the wires are not thick enough and wires have started to become exposed. The headsets are clearly not designed for daily use.

The micophone works when I plug it in but the headphones don't. I don't think it's mac friendly.
