SECOND PRODUCT WHERE THE DIRECTIONS ARE IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND THE TRANSLATION IS TOO BROKEN TO UNDERSTAND. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Digital Photo Album Lacks Proper Instructions

I purchased two of these Cross 1.50 Inch Digital Photo Albums as gifts because with the listed features and at the listed price I felt it was a good deal. However, when I went to load them before wrapping them (they were for family members) I couldn't figure out how they worked! I went through every bit of the instructions included and went to the on-line site and got nowhere and I am pretty efficient when it comes to all things electronic usually. I ended up just wrapping them and hoping the receipients could get them loaded! I really regret purchasing the service contract. . . . .

Nice little gift

For those who love to have pics of their loved ones on their work desk or at home, this is a great little gift. My aunt and uncle really like it and use it in their office.

Not What I Expected

This product should have been described as "items will appear on your computer screen 100 times larger than they really are". I got a kid's size product versus what is normal and expected--and I ordered three! Never again!

Overall this is virtually useless. Software is difficult to use, instructions are below poor. Quality is substandard even for junk. I'm an engineer by trade and I can't get it to work correctly. I can not express enough what a waste of money this is.

I received defective products and didn't get a replacement until right before Christmas. Besides, I had a lot of trouble understanding the instruction page that came with it.

The item looked 'cheap', but I guess you get what you pay for. I know it was a lesser expensive one, but I thought it would be nicer. It feels like it's made out of a cheaper plastic.

Very small and cheap looking

I am returning this item, it is so small you can barley see a picture. The frame is made out of cheap plastic and looks unbelievably cheap.

Ugh, don't bother

I am usually very happy with items I buy on Overstock but this one is awful. It's tiny and feels very cheap. The instructions are absolutely impossible. I am sure they were written by someone who doesn't know English...one message popped up "Operation Termined." Huh???? I have not yet figured out how to use it or load pictures...the instructions are that bad. (And mind you, I have installed webcams, have two digital cameras etc. I am not completely clueless.)

Frame was really small...probably the same size as the screen on your camera. I didn't expect it to be like this. I did not try it out though, so my rating is based strictly on the size.

This items should of been label to its size. I had no idea that this was so small. I thought I was ordering a bigger size than it was unless I missed it some where in the advertisement. Anyways, I did give it as a gift and the individual liked it very much.

I was unhappy with this product as when you turn the album off it won't come on again until you adjust the batteries everytime. It didn't contain good instructions on how to load it. Also it was very small.

THIS LITTLE VIEWER WAS PERFECT FOR MY HUSBAND TO TAKE TO WORK FOR HIS DESK. HE EVEN KNOWS HOW TO LOAD THE PICTURES. VERY EASY TO USE.

Little Digital Frame

It's a cute little frame and the images look decent however, if you have a new Mac computer the small disk they give you for the software doesn't fit in the disk drive! The drive is in the side of the monitor and only accepts regular size disks. please note this if you plan on getting one of these frames. I'm going to have to hook up my old Dell just to download it!
