OK product for the price.
This unit, in comparison to other's I've installed is OK. It will work well if you're not using LARGE monitors (21"+ wide screens) or heavy monitors (15#+). It works in my application since I'm using a 19" normal monitor and a 19" wide screen in portrait orientation. All parts arrived in good condition. All parts necessary for install were included. The install was as simple as any other multi-monitor arm. The parts seem a tad flimsy compared to others I've purchased, however it is priced $75 less than the others. I doubt it would stand up to frequent moving of the monitors, but that is not necessary for my application. Also, the arms SAG substantially under the weight of my 19" monitors (12# each). Height adjustment is not simple to get at the exact right height. The sag needs to be compensated via viewing angle adjustments, again tough to get just right. Fortunately neither are overly critical to my application. I would buy this unit again ONLY if precise adjustment and frequent monitor movement were not necessary for the install.

Good product
I ordered and received the double monitor mount. Everything came in as expected. The instructions were a little lacking, but with a little investigation, I was able to get everything adjusted. Overall good product, and good service.

Love it!
When we first saw this monitor mount we liked its design and functions. So we bought one to try out. The product is great. It’s very well made, sturdy and also stylish. The shipment came impressively prompt. Installation is intuitive and user-friendly. The mount swivels, extends nicely and the height adjustment gives more flexibility in different enviroments. The slim profile when positioned flush saves table space. We ended up getting three more for our office! Would recommend to anyone.

Better options available
Cheap, shoddy construction for the price. Incapable of supporting a 22 inch LCD monitor without dangerous sag of the arm. Far better models available for cheaper.
