Several years ago I retired my Uniden 2.4 GHz phones (base and several handsets) becaue the batteries died and replacements would cost me more than a new phone system, so I purchased a new Uniden 5.8 GHz system. I never liked the new one because several features I used were eliminated. It also never worked well and finally several of the handsets died so I was able to return it. I pulled out my old system, purchased these batteries and I'm very happy. Plus it was overall much cheaper because I didn't need a new system.
